Autoclave Loader

TesPro Equipment Inc. designed and built a machine for loading and unloading an autoclave with over 100,000 lbs of lumber to be pressure treated. The design decreased the loading time of the autoclave from over one hour to under ten minutes. The design took into consideration the harsh chemicals and pressures, buoyancy of the wood, worker training and machine assembly.

Heat Treating Machine

Drill Rod Heat-Treating Machine

TesPro developed a heat-treating machine for continuous output of hardened steel tubing. Raw tube is placed on one end of the machine as a bundle. The machine takes a single tube and heats one end to austenitizing temperature by induction heating in under a minute. The end of the tube is quenched with an enviromentally friendly polymer quenchant, and then tempered to achieve the correct balance of toughness and strength.

This Milling machine is designed to mill profiles into aluminum and vinyl window extrusions. With automatic feed with variable rate, this machine locates and clamps an extrusion in place, ensuring precise milling.
