A height adjustable cannon designed for impact testing.
Adjustable in height from 2 feet to 12 feet, TesPro’s missile cannon has laser sighting and measures the velocity of large and small projectiles with lasers. Maximum velocity of the projectiles is adjustable as per specific test requirements.
Designed to impact test samples with missiles in accordance with the technical requirements of Dade County Building Code Compliance Protocol, PA201-94, ASTM E1886 Standard Test Method for Performance of Exterior Windows, Curtain Walls, Doors, and Storm Shutters Impacted by Missile(s) and Exposed to Cyclic Pressure Differentials, and ASTM E1996-02, Standard Specification for Performance of Exterior Windows, Curtain Walls, Doors and Storm Shutters Impacted by Windborne Debris in Hurricanes.
