DOOR CYCLING MACHINE
A machine that repeatedly opens and closes a side hinged door to provide an indication of the effects that cycling will have on the door and door hardware connections.
The TesPro door cycler uses an industrial actuator to open and close a test specimen. The door cycler is ideal for door manufacturers who want to ensure their doors meet the AAMA 920-11 standard. The cycler’s control system is easily programmed, allowing the operator to jog the actuator, change input positions as well as the door movement pattern, speed and acceleration. The user display shows cycle count, cycle set point, cycle time and move data.
