The robotic milling head is easily reprogrammed and effectively replaces an infinite number of die sets. Each robotic milling workstation includes operator training and opens the door to endless joint profile possibilities.

The robotic drill-rod heat treating machine is used to prepare mining exploration drill-rod blanks for machining.
The drill-rod heat treating machine is used to prepare drill-rod blanks for machining. The machine uses an induction system to heat the tips of drill-rod blanks to a “red hot” condition. The machine then quenches the heated drill-rod blank to achieve the perfect balance of toughness and strength. The machine is fully automated and is controlled through a simple touchscreen interface.
