AUTOCLAVE LOADER FOR PRESSURE TREATED LUMBER
A machine designed to load and unload an autoclave with lumber for pressure treating.
The TesPro autoclave loader is designed for loading and unloading an autoclave with over 100,000 lbs of lumber to be pressure treated. The design decreases the loading time of the autoclave from over one hour to under ten minutes. The design takes into consideration the harsh chemicals and pressures, buoyancy of wood, worker training and machine assembly.
