Water spray is contained between the test specimen and test wall maintaining a dry shop or lab environment. The test station sits in a stainless steel water tank, and uses a pump and filter to recirculate water to the spray nozzles.

AUTOMATED WINDOW TESTING MACHINE
The automated window testing machine provides an efficient solution to end of production line window and door testing.
This chamber tests windows and doors up to 10 feet in height and 10 ½ feet in width without the use of wood framing or bucks of any kind. The automated clamping system secures test samples without leaving any scratches or other damage. The chamber accommodates a broad range of window sizes and always maintains an air and water tight seal. The chamber seals to the nailing flange, inner or outer surface of a window frame.

A modular steel wall used to test windows and doors for air leakage, water penetration and structural performance.
A popular piece of window testing equipment, this modular design allows for expansion without modifications or downtime. Various sizes of test walls and all levels of control and data-logging are available. The Window Test Wall allows for quick testing of windows for resistance to water and air leakage, high pressures, pressure cycling, and impact testing.
